FAQ's

Q: Please identify any HOAs that currently exist within Westcliffe such as for the respective private roadways.
A: There are no existing HOAs within Westcliffe. There are two private drives, Tuscany and Lago Vista, but neither has to date formed any formal organization that Westcliffe LLC is aware of.

Q: Will there be "Common Areas" that kids can play on?
A: Currently, the common areas (photos shown on this page) are not designed for kid play. They are water collection areas and the monument/ entry areas primarily.

Q: Could the HOA be split into two proposed HOAs?
A: Theoretically that is possible, but poses some problems in terms of uniform enforcement of covenants, common area management and expense allocation, etc.
